• Sera AI is designed to generate text, translate languages and to draft, compile and send newsletters and emails regarding the recent court orders/judgments, legal updates, statutory amendments, government notifications, current affairs, news and articles by accessing the data available in public domain or otherwise. You understand and agree that the output generated by Sera AI (the "Output") is automated and that the Firm has no control over the database(s) or the data accessed by Sera AI to generate the Output. You also understand and agree that the Output may not always be accurate, complete, reliable, or unbiased.
• You acknowledge that the Output is based on the data Sera AI is trained on, and this data may contain biases or inaccuracies and hence the content of the newsletter(s) may contain errors, biases and inaccuracies based on the data accessed and processed by Sera AI. Firm makes no representations or warranties about the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or safety of the Output and content(s) of the newsletter(s).
• You are solely responsible for evaluating the accuracy, completeness, reliability, and safety of the Output and/or the contents of the newsletter(s) before relying on it for any purpose.
• The Website and Sera AI are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of dealing. We do not warrant that the Website or Sera AI will be uninterrupted, error-free, or virus-free.
• Firm shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Website or Sera AI.
